Community support for Aegir CMS is available through several channels.

Mailing Lists

The primary support channel is the mailing lists. Both the nadmin-dev list (developer discussion) and midgard-user list (general user support) are available.

Bug Tracker

Bugs and feature requests can be filed on the Midgard project bug tracker.

Documentation

Before asking on the mailing list, please check the documentation — many common questions are already answered there.

IRC

Informal real-time discussion takes place in #midgard on the Freenode IRC network (irc.freenode.net).
